Eastwood Twelve is located in the South of Glasgow, just twenty minutes from the city centre, 3 minutes from Junction 5 of the M77. We are also easily accessed from the A77 Ayr road from Newton Mearns and from Kilmarnock.
***Please note we have built a new road and there is NO access from Langlee Road. Please go 300m further along Mearns Road, look out for the flags and enter using our new road – Strathearn Avenue***
Take the roundabout exit sign-posted Newton Mearns, turn immediately left onto A77 and drive for approximately one mile before turning left onto Mearns Road. The new entrance to Eastwood Estate is 400m on the right, past the original entrance on Langlee Road.
Approaching from Newton Mearns, continue uphill on the A77 past Mearns Cross and Eastwood Twelve is 3 miles on the left. Approaching from the A77 South, we are located just 18 minutes from Kilmarnock and just 11 minutes from Fenwick.
