Upon joining, new members will be charged two separate bills – one for their joining fee and one for their membership subscription. Billing is on a rolling subscription basis, meaning your bill will run annually from the date you joined.
All joining fees must be paid in full before the member is granted access to the course.
Membership subscription bills must be paid in full, unless a Club-approved instalment plan is arranged (see Point 3: Payment Terms).
Memberships are valid from the date of joining and continue until the end of the membership term unless terminated as outlined below.
Upon registering with BRS Golf and setting up membership, a £0 payment is authorised by the user through their banking app in order to add card details to their profile, allowing future payments to be taken by the Club.
All membership fees must be paid in full upon joining unless a Club-approved instalment plan is arranged. Instalments are taken either on the 1st or 15th of the month. If a payment is not made, BRS will automatically retry the next working day, or the Club will process the payment using the card details on file.
For the avoidance of doubt, the user authorises and instructs the Club to take all and any payments due by the user to the Club from time to time from the card/bank account registered against the user’s profile. The user undertakes to the Club to keep the card details held on their profile up to date at all times and to ensure that there are sufficient funds in the relevant account to meet any and all payments due to the Club from time to time.
Members have access to Club facilities in accordance with the terms of their membership. From time to time, access may be limited due to maintenance, Club competitions, or private events. The course may also need to close for extended periods to allow essential maintenance. We appreciate your understanding as we work to to improve the overall quality of the course.
