These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our online booking system at Eastwood Twelve Golf Club.

Please read them carefully before booking.

Hole Options

Please note that Eastwood Twelve Golf Club is a 12-hole course. Visitors may book either 12 holes or 24 holes (2 loops). If your booking confirmation incorrectly displays “18 holes”, please disregard this – it is a limitation of our booking provider. We apologise for any confusion.

Payment

All tee times must be paid in full at the time of booking via our secure online payment system. We accept major credit and debit cards. Bookings are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed.

Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• No shows: No refund will be issued.
• Cancellations on the day of play: No refund will be issued.
• Cancellations made 24–72 hours before the tee time:
  • You may rebook at no additional cost, or
  • Request a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance:
  • You may rebook at no additional cost, or
  • Request a full (100%) refund.

To cancel or reschedule, please use your booking reference through our online system or contact us directly.

Course Closure

If the course is closed due to adverse weather or other circumstances beyond our control, we will issue a full refund or offer an alternative tee time.

Booking Transferability

Your booking is fully transferable. If you’re unable to attend, you may give your tee time to a family member or friend. Please ensure they provide your booking reference upon arrival.

Please note:

The club reserves the right to close the course for maintenance for longer periods of time over the winter months.
Please also note that children under the age of 17 are NOT permitted to play the course on Saturday or Sunday until after 2.30pm and the club have the right to refuse U17s at these times.
